6 citizen who is expected to join the ISIS in Syria has been interrogated by the police. They were arrested at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, when about to depart for Syria.As a result, they claim to want to fly to Syria to be able to live the teachings of Islam with more depth.
"Indeed there (in Syria). According to them, they can really run Islamic law," said Head of Sub Jatanras City Police Superintendent Herry Herawan in a press conference at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Jakarta, Saturday (12/27/2014).
Herry said, in Indonesia they are not really able to enforce Sharia Law as background diverse religious communities. While in Syria, all the inhabitants are Muslim.

These six people had been arrested while at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Saturday morning at 03.00 am. The six will fly aboard Doha Qatar Airways 959 transit. Currently, police are still doing an intensive examination of the six Indonesians are in the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters.
Police also have arrested MA aka AM, who allegedly facilitated the sixth citizen to go to Syria. Before departure, they could be accommodated in the house MA, in Cibubur, East Jakarta.
